Our 8 Week Behavioral Board & Train Program is designed for dogs who need more than a strong obedience foundation.  This program is ideal for dogs experiencing moderate behavioral challenges, allowing additional time to build confidence, improve emotional stability, and create lasting behavioral change through structure, consistency, and real-world training.

By combining reliable obedience with thoughtful behavior modification, we help dogs learn how to make better choices while giving owners the knowledge and confidence to continue that progress at home.

• Display moderate fearfulness or anxiety

• Struggle with moderate reactivity toward people, dogs, or their environment

Our Focus

While reliable obedience remains the foundation of every Board & Train program, the 8 Week Behavioral Board & Train provides additional time to address the emotional side of behavior.

Throughout the program, we focus on helping dogs build confidence, develop healthier responses to the world around them, and learn how to work through challenging situations with calm guidance and clear communication.

Behavior change is rarely about teaching another command.  It is built through consistency, repetition, thoughtful exposure, and strengthening the relationship between the dog and the handler.

Building Confidence Through Real-World Experience

 

Dogs cannot learn confidence by remaining inside a training room.

 

Throughout the program, dogs are gradually introduced to new environments, people, dogs, and everyday situations at a pace appropriate for their individual progress.  Each experience is designed to help build confidence while reinforcing calm decision-making and reliable communication.

 

Because every behavioral case is unique, training plans are individualized to meet each dog's specific needs and progress.

Is an In-Person Behavioral Assessment Required?

 

Most dogs can be placed into the appropriate Board & Train Program following an initial training consultation.

​

However, because every behavioral case is unique some dogs may require an in-person Behavioral Assessment before enrollment.  This allows us to better evaluate your dog's behavior, discuss your goals, and ensure we recommend the program that provides the greatest opportunity for long-term success.

Program Cost: $6,000
Price Breakdown:

• Cost of equipment: $500

• Cost of Boarding (56 nights, 4x6 kennel): $1,960 

• Cost of Training: $3,540........Cost per day $63.21

Reserve Your Spot

Because we accept a limited number of Board & Train dogs at one time, a 25% non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your training spot.  

​

Your deposit secures your enrollment and may be applied toward any available Board & Train start date within one year of the deposit being received.  

​

The remaining balance is due on or before your dog's check-in date.

​

Flexible Payment Options

We understand that investing in professional training is a significant decision for many families.  

To make our programs more accessible, we are happy to work with clients on a payment plan leading up to their dog's start date.  As long as the full program balance is paid before check-in, you are welcome to make payments at a pace that works for you.
